Network Issue: CHI-1 Monday 12th May 2025 22:20:00


We are investigating a network issue regarding upstream connectivity in CHI-1. This may result in degraded performance and suboptimal routing.

The CHI-1 network is functioning normally this morning following Zayo's service restoration. We will continue to monitor this today.

The carrier has identified the issue causing traffic to drop and is working on a resolution. Traffic will remain rerouted around the problematic network until it is resolved.
