We are investigating a partial network outage with packet loss affecting services going through one of our CHI-1 routers.
All affected services had connectivity restored earlier. We are monitoring the associated network device and preparing a preventative follow-up plan.
We have restored most of this network segment. Changes are in progress to bring up remaining servers.
We have encountered additional problems when changing the module that we are working to resolve.
We have identified a problematic module and are working to replace it.
